I’m Isabel Friend, a researcher-educator devoted to the living intelligence of water. I teach workshops, write, make videos, speak on podcasts, facilitate ceremonies, consult on water infrastructure, and host retreats—sharing this work across the US, Mexico, Canada, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Bali, and Thailand. My focus bridges emerging water science, traditional wisdom, and practical stewardship.
